restore is where you come to recover, soften, and return to yourself. classes move with breath and stillness as the guide — unhurried, supported, and deeply intentional. this is not passive. this is where you rebuild.


ignite

• elevated heat


structured effort, without urgency.


the heat in ignite is intentional — warm enough to open your range and bring more blood to working muscles, without pushing your system to its limit. classes are breath-led and music-driven, layering with purpose and building in intervals. somatic touch points mark the moments to absorb before going again.



ember

• moderate heat


sustained effort,  repeatable challenge.


in ember, the heat is not incidental — it's the practice. infrared warmth moves through you before the class begins — changing how effort feels. classes are music-driven and breath-led, moving in sustained waves that build and release in equal measure. somatic touch points guide your adaptation, meeting your body where it is.
